These terms govern your use of ORYX OR, operated by Orynx Tech LLC. By creating an account or connecting a mailbox, you agree to them.
You're responsible for the content you send through the platform and for complying with applicable anti-spam and data protection law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) for every recipient you contact, including having a lawful basis to email them. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected mailbox access secure.
You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email to purchased/scraped lists without a lawful basis, to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to attempt to circumvent a recipient's unsubscribe request. We may suspend accounts that damage the deliverability or reputation of connected mailboxes or violate this section.
When you connect a mailbox (including via Google sign-in), you authorize us to send messages from it and, where you've granted read access, to read incoming messages solely to detect replies, bounces, and unsubscribes as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this at any time by disconnecting the mailbox in the app or removing access from your Google account.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any given email will be delivered, opened, or avoid spam filtering.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orynx Tech LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and post material changes here before they take effect.
